The Living room and dining room are furnished. And most kitchen items are there. The bedroom is unfurnished, but I can sell you my furniture, if youre interested. Rent is $490 a month and utilities are usually never over $100 a month. You would have a parking spot and there is parking on the street as well.

You would be living with a nice Law Student. Looking for a non-smoker with no pets.
